By accessing or using the Zyrelyx Connect platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Account Registration and Username Policy
Creators must provide accurate information when registering. Zyrelyx reserves the right to reclaim, suspend, or reassign any username at our sole discretion at any time to prevent impersonation, squatting, or trademark infringement. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
3. Creator Storefronts and Monetization
Zyrelyx provides a digital infrastructure for creators to sell digital assets and services. We operate on a strict B2B standard utilizing an Exclusive pricing structure (Base Price + applicable GST). Creators are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to sell the content listed on their storefronts.
4. Payments, Transactions, and Payouts
All customer transactions are processed securely through our designated payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay). Zyrelyx acts as the merchant of record for these initial transactions. Creator payouts are calculated based on the net sales minus any applicable platform fees or taxes, and are disbursed via scheduled bank transfers to the creator's verified financial account.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use the platform to distribute illegal content, engage in fraud, artificially inflate analytics, or compromise the security of the Zyrelyx infrastructure. Violations will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending payouts.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zyrelyx provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any lost profits, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the platform, payment gateway downtime, or disputes between creators and their buyers.
